Beaglland warrants that all items are free from material and engineering defects, and perform as advertised. We cover all manufacturing, material, and assembly defects. For damages that can be attributed to material or production errors, Beaglland provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does not extend to damage from abuse or on purpose, normal wear and tear, alterations, or misuse, demagnetization of magnetic strip bank cards, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches, stained magnets, or fading logos). Any damage to, loss of the cardholder’s contents, loss of use, loss of data, or similar are not covered.
- Beaglland's warranty does not cover damages caused by air or other transportation. Claims for damage during travel should be directed to the carrier.
- The warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser and original recipient. For warranty convenience, register your Beaglland luggage online. Simply set up a Beaglland account, complete the online form, provide your data, and enter the serial number of your Beaglland luggage. You can find the serial number of your Beaglland product on the bottom of your luggage and the model number on the luggage label.
- You can enjoy the benefit of free shipping costs within the range of 50 US dollars for sending the goods or parts to us for repair that falls within the warranty coverage; or bringing it to a Beaglland store or authorized distributor, who will be happy to repair it for you. In some cases, a small handling fee may be charged. Many repairs can be done in Beaglland's stores for free. If your goods do need to be returned to the factory for repair, we will repair them ASAP and be responsible for the return shipping, and you will not incur any additional costs.
- For problems not covered by the warranty, don't worry, we will provide you with additional Beaglland services to help you extend the life of your product. We will inspect the goods after receiving them and inform you of the necessary repair operations and corresponding costs. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we will process it as soon as possible. Please be patient.

Return & Refund

We realize our products may not quite meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize. If you decide not to keep the product, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and provide us with complete product and package pictures within 30 days of purchase. We will then arrange after-sales service as quickly as possible.
All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Beaglland has a Return Merchandise Authorization, we will bear the shipping fee within 50 USD, you may only bear the insurance fees.
For customized items, we also provide return service, we only deduct the customized operation fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
The items cannot be exchanged. We suggest you return the old one and place a new order. We cover 50 USD shipping costs for your return.
Please allow approximately one week for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. The payment would be refunded by the original payment method.
Please note that to be eligible for returns, the item(s) must be in their original condition when received, including all product documentation, and shipped within three days.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us (email@example.com) immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Beaglland. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receipt of your shipment. Beaglland will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Freebie Terms & Conditions
Free gifts are not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Free gifts are provided on an “as is” basis (with their present look or condition) without further warranty. These include but are not limited to, lost, misplaced, destroyed, or stolen free gifts once they are claimed. These gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Limitation Of Liability
Beaglland is committed to providing high-quality and environment-friendly luggage to you. However, despite the quality of our luggage, we are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your own misuse or accident. This liability waiver also includes any direct or indirect loss caused by the luggage itself. We do not take any responsibility for any physical injury of ideological origin resulting from the use of our products. We pay great attention to the safety of your luggage and recommend that you carefully review the instructions and manuals before use. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage you or any third party may incur as a result of using our luggage. We strongly advise you to be careful in assessing your belongings and the luggage you use to carry them. The entire liability of Beaglland and its authorized suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually purchased by you for this product.
